Step 1 — Let’s Connect

Do you already have your next adventure in mind, or are you simply starting to dream about it? Tell us about your journey by completing our request form and selecting the itinerary that interests you. We will get in touch to learn more about your plans and share an initial proposal, including the available Wine Rides for your chosen destination and indicative pricing.

Step 2 — Refine Your Journey

If our initial proposal feels right for you, we will arrange a conversation to better understand how you envision your journey. Together, we will discuss your travel plan, cycling ambitions and any additional experiences you may wish to include. Based on your needs, we will then develop a more detailed journey proposal, including destinations, activities and additional requests, thoughtfully tailored to your experience. At this stage, the non-refundable Journey Planning Fee must be settled before we can begin working on your request and developing your tailored itinerary.

Step 3 — Tailored Itinerary & Confirmation

Once the Journey Planning Fee has been received, our team will begin working on your itinerary, refining every detail with you to create a journey that feels truly your own. When you are ready to confirm your trip, we will send you the final Booking Agreement for signature. Once signed, a per-person booking deposit is required within 5 working days to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 95 days before departure.

Step 4 — Support, Start to Finish

Before departure, you’ll receive your complete journey details together with all the practical information you need to prepare for your ride. From the moment you arrive until the journey comes to an end, The Wine Riders team is there to support you, with dedicated assistance throughout your experience. And once you’re back home, we’ll be happy to hear about your journey and perhaps start planning your next Wine Ride together.

Payment Details, Pricing & Cancellation policy

Journey Planning Fee

To reserve a Wine Ride Journey, we require a non-refundable €500 per person Journey Planning Fee.
This fee covers the detailed planning, coordination, and customization of your journey and is required to begin the full itinerary
development and booking process. The Journey Planning Fee is non-refundable but will be credited in full toward your final balance.

Final Payment

Once the Journey Planning Fee has been received and your journey has been confirmed by The Wine Riders team, we will send you
the final booking agreement for signature. Once signed, a per-person booking deposit is required within 5 working days to secure
your reservation. The full amount of the booking deposit will be credited toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due
95 days prior to departure*. If payment has not been received within 15 days following the due date, The Wine Riders reserves the
right to cancel the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

* For reservations made within the final payment period, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Payment Methods

All payments must be made in EUR and may be made by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal) or bank
transfer. Cash payments are not accepted. By providing your payment details, you authorize The Wine Riders to process payments
in accordance with the agreed payment schedule and acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, including the
applicable cancellation policy. You also agree not to initiate any improper or unauthorized chargebacks. Before initiating a
chargeback, we ask you first to contact us to discuss any questions or concerns about charges so that we may attempt to resolve
your concerns.

Pricing

All prices quoted by The Wine Riders are displayed in EUR per person and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.
Each Wine Rides journey is individually planned and may include different services, activities and arrangements depending on the
Journey Plan selected and the preferences discussed during the planning process. The initial proposal and indicative pricing are
based on the information available at the time of the request and are subject to final confirmation. The detailed itinerary and
final price will be confirmed once all arrangements have been reviewed and agreed upon.

No price adjustment is provided for late arrival, early departure or for any services or activities not used during the journey.
Any price proposal is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision based on
availability and changes in supplier rates. All prices and proposals are subject to final verification and confirmation by
The Wine Riders.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy below takes into consideration the commitments and non-refundable costs that The Wine Riders may incur
in planning and arranging your journey well in advance of departure. Once a reservation has been confirmed, cancellations are
subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. The Tour Price refers to the total amount of services and arrangements
purchased through The Wine Riders as part of the journey, including any pre- or post-journey services confirmed as part of the
booking. In the event of cancellation, the applicable cancellation policy will apply to the services included in the reservation.
Substituting one traveler with another is not considered a cancellation waiver, and the standard cancellation policy will continue
to apply.

By submitting a booking request and confirming a reservation with The Wine Riders, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable
Booking Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.

* Cancellations made 96 days or more before departure are subject to the non-refundable Journey Planning Fee and booking deposit.

Travel Information

Children on Journeys

Our journeys are primarily designed for adult travelers aged 18 and over. However, we are happy to consider requests involving
teenagers aged 14 to 18 on a case-by-case basis. Depending on their cycling experience and interests, we can recommend the most
suitable itineraries, routes and activities to ensure that the journey is enjoyable and appropriate for everyone involved.
Please contact us before booking to discuss your requirements and allow our team to suggest the best options.

Travel Documents

Each guest is responsible for obtaining a valid passport, visa and any other travel documents required for their journey and
destination before departure. If a guest is unable to obtain the required travel documents or is unable to enter the destination
for reasons related to their personal documentation or eligibility to travel, the applicable Cancellation Policy will apply.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that their travel documents meet the entry requirements of the destination, including any
minimum passport validity requirements.

Bike Requests

When booking, guests may select their preferred bike type from the options available for the chosen journey, including road,
gravel or e-bike. Bike preferences should be confirmed within the timeframe indicated by The Wine Riders during the booking
process. Requests to change the selected bike type after confirmation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject
to availability and any resulting changes in price.

If you choose to bring your own bike, you will be responsible for all shipping, transportation, assembly, disassembly and
maintenance arrangements required throughout the journey. You are also responsible for the care, safety and insurance of your
own bicycle. The Wine Riders cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to a personal bicycle during transportation or
throughout the journey.

Arrival & Departure Transfers

Each Wine Rides Journey includes designated arrival and departure points, which guests are responsible for reaching independently.
Arrival and departure transfers are not included in our standard journey proposals. Should you require a private transfer to or
from an airport, train station, hotel or other location, we will be happy to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Any requested transfer will be quoted separately and added to the Journey Price.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the Wine Rides Journeys. The journey itinerary will indicate the recommended areas and locations
for your stay, selected according to the route, logistics and highlights of the journey. This allows you to choose and book your
accommodation independently, based on your preferred level of comfort, style and budget. The Wine Riders does not manage
accommodation reservations, and any accommodation booked independently remains the guest’s responsibility.
